NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha)
NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) is the identity of a business issued by the OSS Institution (in this case BKPM) after the business owner registers through the OSS. Issuance of NIB through OSS is regulated in Government Regulation no. 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services.
IUI (IJIN USAHA INDUSTRI)
IUI (Izin Usaha Industri) is an operational permit granted to any person or entity to carry out business activities in the Industrial sector that processes a raw material into a product with new compositions and specifications.
IZIN EDAR PKRT KEMENKES
In order to ensure safety, quality and benefits (safety, quality, and efficacy) of Household Health Supplies products
(PKRT) both imported and domestic circulating in Indonesia according to Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Article 106 paragraph (1) that pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices only can be distributed after obtaining a distribution permit.
PRODUCTION CERTIFICATE
Production certificate is a certificate given by the Minister of Health to factories that have implemented good manufacturing methods to produce medical devices and/or household health supplies.
TKDN CERTIFICATE
A TKDN Certificate is a document that certifies the percentage of domestic components in a product or service, issued by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. This policy aims to drive the development of the domestic manufacturing industry, create job opportunities, and strengthen the national economy. Restrictions on the use of imported components are regulated under Government Regulation (PP) No. 29 of 2018 concerning Industrial Empowerment.
HALAL CERTIFICATE
A Halal Certificate is a document stating that a product or service complies with Islamic Sharia law. In Indonesia, this certification is mandatory for certain products and is managed by the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Body (BPJPH). The certification process ensures that products are free from prohibited substances and are manufactured in accordance with halal standards, which include audits of both the production facilities and the manufacturing processes.
